Kapakapa is produced from Carob, Cocoa powder, Cocoa Liquor and a little water - absolutely nothing else is added. Our ingredients come from the Mediterranean and Central America, where they have been grown for millenia.
Carob and cacao have long histories in the cultures of our earliest civilizations; carob from among the nations of the fertile crescent, stretching from the Western Mediterrenean to the Persian Gulf, and cacao from the earliest South American socieites originating around the Amazon basin.
